Prof. Dr. Corina Adriana Dumitrescu is the President of the Dimitrie Cantemir Christian University in Bucharest, Romania. She is professor of law and philosophy of law, author of books and studies on legal theory and legal philosophy. She is co-founder of the Dimitrie Cantemir Christian University.

Marja-Liisa Tenhunen Ph.D(Econ.)

Marja-Liisa Tenhunen, Ph.D. (Econ.) served as President and CEO of the Centria University of Applied Sciences in Kokkola, Finland, for 17 years from 1995 to 2012. After his tenure as President, Dr. Tenhunen was appointed visiting professor at Shanghai University and North China University of Technology in Beijing, China. In addition, Dr. Tenhunen has taught as a visiting professor at Universidad CETYS Mexico, Baja California since 2011. She was nominated to receive the "PIMSA Distinguished Visiting Chair in International Strategy". Dr. Tenhunen was elected rector at the Christian University Dimitrie Cantemir, Bucharest, Romania term 2021 - 2025.
Dr. Tenhunen's doctoral degree was awarded at the University of Jyvaskyla, the topic of his doctoral thesis was "Professional Growth of an Accounting Agency Entrepreneur". After receiving her PhD degree, Dr. Tenhunen continued her research in the field of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). In addition, her areas of expertise are strategic management, accounting, economics, and human resource management and development. These areas are her research interests.
The list of Dr. Tenhunen's publications consists of several research papers and conference papers both in Finland and mostly in foreign countries. He has been a partner in groups of authors of scholarly books, the latest in two languages was published in 2020-2023 under the title "Management Accounting for Professionals". His newest book was published in January 2023, "Excellence of the Finnish Education System".
In 2014, Dr. Tenhunen received the title of high-end foreign expert (national level) from Shanghai University, China. She has been a member of several business organizations and participates in numerous business projects, such as those of the Finnish Ministry of Education and Culture. She has been a board member of the Finnish Board of Certified Accountants and the Finnish Accounting Organization for Accounting Firms from 1994-2017. She also holds several confidential positions and is a member of numerous cooperation groups.
Dr. Tenhunen was elected for two terms (2004-2011) as a member of the delegation of the Finnish Technology and Innovation Funding Agency Tekes. Her most notable appointment was as a member of the Research and Innovation Council (to the Finnish government) for the period 2007-2011 by the government. This Council is chaired by the Prime Minister of Finland. Dr. Tenhunen has received several medals of honor from several organizations, such as the National Entrepreneurs' Organization of Finland, the Association of Finnish Accounting Firms and the Cultural Foundation of Finland.
The most notable and respected Medal of Honor is awarded by the President of the Republic of Finland in 2002. The newest Medal of Honor that Dr. Tenhunen received was awarded at the Dimitrie Cantemir Christian University in Bucharest, Romania in May 2018. He is honored for his outstanding contribution to the development of higher education and scientific research at the international level.
