The conference Transforming Business and Governance: AI and Digitalization in the Modern Era took place on 15-16 May 2025 with two highly topical panels:
May 15, AI in International Business Education and Research and May 16 Digitalization of Public Sector Administration.
The papers presented and the discussions focused on the integration of artificial intelligence in education and research in the fields of business administration and public administration, highlighting benefits, advantages, perspectives, ethical challenges.
Participants discussed the knowledge and skills needed by business and government leaders in a world increasingly influenced by artificial intelligence. How artificial intelligence improves decision making, communication and collaboration were the themes proposed by the authors of the scientific papers presented.
