FACILITIES for students declared admitted to undergraduate programs
In order to be enrolled, candidates declared admitted to the bachelor's degree and professional conversion programs who pay the full tuition fee by 04.10.2026 will benefit from a 100 euro fee reduction;
Tuition fees are reduced by 10% for:
a) candidates who come from the same family (parents, children, brothers, sisters and spouses), provided that both of them pay the full annual tuition fee;
b) graduates with a bachelor's degree from a faculty of UCDC or other state or private higher education institutions;
c) students who concurrently follow two bachelor degree programs at UCDC;
d) the top three students in each year of full-time education, ranked in order of the overall average of the previous academic year.
The reductions in points a), b), c) are not granted cumulatively.

Candidates declared admitted to master's degree programs, graduates of UCDC faculties, benefit from a 10% reduction of the annual tuition fee.
Professional conversion - Primary and pre-school pedagogy - 1600 euro/year

- certificate of recognition of studies for candidates who are Romanian citizens or ethnic Romanian citizens who have completed their studies in other countries - original and xerox copy;
- certificate of recognition of studies/letter of acceptance for foreign candidates - original and xerox copy;
- Certificate of language proficiency Romanian language, level B2 (for foreign citizens enrolling in programs taught in Romanian) - original and xerox copy;
- English language proficiency certificate, level B2 (for admission to the Master program "Anglo-American Intercultural Studies") - original and xerox copy;

Admission requirements:
Admission to undergraduate degree programs is based on the average obtained in the baccalaureate exam.
For the undergraduate degree program Pedagogy of Primary and Preschool Education at the Faculty of Education Sciences, the competition consists in:
- test - Communication skills and aptitudes, marked pass/fail, eliminatory test;
- the average obtained in the baccalaureat exam.
In the psycho-pedagogical program of certification of competences for the teaching profession, level I during the undergraduate studies at the Faculty of Educational Sciences, the competition consists of:
- Interview, assessed with pass/fail, eliminatory test;
- the average obtained in the baccalaureat exam.
The admission to the Master's degree programs and the Professional Conversion - Pedagogy of Primary and Preschool Education program is based on the average obtained in the Bachelor's degree examination.
