Initially set for 2021, the event was postponed for a year, due to the pandemic crisis affecting the whole world. The event was the 30th edition of the World Congress, and commemorated G.W.F. Hegel and John Rawls, celebrating 200 years of Hegel’s formidable Grundlinien der Philosophie des Rechts, the centennial of John Rawls’s birth and the 50th anniversary of his Theory of Justice.
